The Higher Education Consortium TRIO Educational Opportunity Centers (EOC) offers a holistic approach to serving clients. This approach takes into consideration all of the needs of the client in order to provide a solid foundation for the client to be successful.

Assessment - We start with where you are and explore what it will take to get you where you want to be, which may include using various assessment tools for career and interest exploration.
Planning - We will help you create an Education Action Plan which is your roadmap for success. This process will include developing financial aid and college choice strategies.

Implementation - We will monitor your progress and provide you with on-going support by making periodic contact with you to make sure you stay on track with your Education Action Plan. Ongoing contact is a key part of our process.
Evaluation - On your journey, you may encounter some road bumps but our counselors will be there to guide you to important federal, state, and local resources in order to keep you properly equipped.
Retention - We want you to succeed. All of our Education Action Plans are developed during individualized personal counseling sessions. At each contact, we will review your progress and discuss whether any modifications need to be made to your Plan.
